The hotel is well-located near two major cities and a good starting point to explore the area. The room had a cozy and romantic atmosphere, perfect for couples. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room.
The breakfast options were very limited, and the quality was below our expectations. , the noise levels were high, and we had trouble sleeping due to traffic noise outside the window.

Location was excellent to spend time in Venice and Treveso. The hotel grounds offer a great environment to relax in. Staff were friendly.

Parking space was great... From the outside the Villa looks very nice.
The airco was broke, the shower was not working, extremely hot or extremely cold water was coming out the shower... Because we already paid by the internet the staff was not really helpfull and did not want to give us another room. :-(

Spent a perfect Easter break at a charming countryside hotel near Venice. the hotel's location was stunning with great views of gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful outdoor sitting area, perfect for enjoying the spring weather.
Some of the amenities were a bit outdated, and the Wi-Fi was a bit hard to set up. But these minor issues were completely outweighed by the overall relaxing ambiance.

A bit far from Venice city.

The charging policy for 3/4 people in a triple room was not clear. They charged us for 4 people, while we were actually just 3 people.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to relax in a peaceful setting. Set amongst a lovely park, it provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life whilst still being conveniently located close to the motorway. the rooms are stylish and comfortable, complete with great bathroom facilities. the breakfast is tasty with a good variety of options; and the staff are friendly and welcoming. this hotel is fantastic for a short break.
The hotel lacks a swimming pool to enjoy.

The staff were helpful and most spoke English. It was a convenient and reasonable site to make bus connections to Venice. The air conditioning, good parking and internet service were welcome assets.
I found the breakfast mediocre with slightly warm milk for the cereal.I Think the stair carpets should be removed or cleaned or replaced. I think it would be helpful to have more English information available.

La camera un pò troppo piccola e la colazione non troppo ricca. Necessità dell'auto.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short bus ride away from the city. The ample parking and hotel facilities were also impressive. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location close to the motorway was so convenient for us, as we needed easy access for our travels. The 24-hour room service was a great convenience, and the bell staff/porter was very helpful with our luggage. The room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning, mini-bar, and free toiletries, made our stay even more comfortable. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. The dining bar/lounge area was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the car park, which made our stay hassle-free. we highly recommend this hotel for its enhanced comfort, quality services, and excellent location!
We cannot recommend this hotel enough to other travelers. The luxurious amenities, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a top choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The man in Reception (sorry I forget his name) recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance in Preganziol called Ristorante El Patio.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, nice area just outside the wonderful little city Treviso - has a few canals and wonderful views, without all the people in Venice
We had two rooms. Air conditioning in one was great, the other we barely kept cool. And that was after we changed from the original room they put us in where we were sweating even with the a/c on. Staff was helpful though, and this was one of the worst summer hot periods in a long time. Worked out ok in the end
